This policy applies to purchases and accepted quotations from Karnak Furniture in the UAE. Your quotation may contain product-specific terms that supplement this policy.

Made-to-order and customised furniture

Furniture made to your measurements, selected fabric, colour, finish, configuration, design, or other specification is personalised. It cannot normally be cancelled, exchanged, or returned once production or procurement begins, except where required by applicable law or where Karnak accepts the item is defective or materially different from the approved specification.

Ready-made furniture

To request a return of an eligible ready-made product, contact us within +971 50 465 6780 days of delivery at contact@karnakfurniture.com. The item must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Delivery, collection, restocking, and installation charges may be non-refundable where permitted and will be confirmed before collection.

Defective or incorrect products

If a product arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from the accepted order, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. We may inspect the item and, where appropriate, repair, replace, complete, or refund it in accordance with applicable law and the product warranty.

Cancellation before production

If you request cancellation before custom production or procurement begins, Karnak will review the request. Any refund will be reduced by approved design, material, payment-processing, procurement, or other costs already incurred, where permitted by law.

Refunds

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Processing times depend on the payment provider and bank. A refund does not waive amounts properly due for completed services, approved variations, delivery, installation, or damage caused after delivery.
