These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://karnakfurniture.com and your enquiries, quotations, purchases, delivery, installation, and after-sales relationship with Karnak Furniture (“Karnak”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website or accepting a quotation, you agree to these terms.

Our products and quotations

Karnak supplies ready-made and custom or made-to-order furniture. Product images, colours, grain, texture, dimensions, and display settings may vary from the physical product. Natural materials and handmade work can contain reasonable variations. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it and becomes binding only when accepted by Karnak and the required deposit or payment is received.

Custom dimensions, fabrics, finishes, layouts, and specifications must be confirmed in writing before production. Once custom production begins, changes or cancellation may be unavailable or may incur documented costs.

Prices, payment, and taxes

Prices, currency, VAT, delivery, installation, design, and other charges are stated in the quotation or checkout. We may correct genuine pricing or description errors before accepting an order. Payment methods and deposit milestones are shown in the quotation. Ownership and risk transfer as stated in the accepted quotation and, where applicable, after full payment and delivery.

Delivery and installation

Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly confirmed as guaranteed. You must provide accurate access, parking, lift, doorway, stairway, and site information and ensure the property is ready. Additional charges may apply for difficult access, waiting time, storage, re-delivery, site changes, or work outside the agreed scope. See our Delivery and Installation Policy.

Returns, cancellations, and refunds

Made-to-order, customised, installed, or personalised furniture may not be cancellable or returnable except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or materially different from the accepted specification. Ready-made products may be eligible under our Returns, Cancellations and Refunds Policy.

Warranty and defects

Warranty coverage is subject to the applicable product warranty and reasonable-use conditions. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, unsuitable cleaning, unauthorised alteration, normal wear, natural material variation, or failure to follow care instructions may be excluded. Website content and intellectual property

All website text, images, logos, designs, and code belong to Karnak or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, scrape, or commercially exploit them without written permission. You may submit only content you have the right to share.

Liability

To the extent permitted by UAE law, Karnak is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss, loss caused by inaccurate customer information or site conditions, or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai, subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Dubai unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
