- Alternatively, you can sign in using Facebook or Google.
- We will never share your personal information with anyone without your consent
- No rebates, coupons, welcome packs and promo codes with conditions, all registered members simply receive an automatic flat 4% discount* on the total order value for any product all the time.
- Registered members also receive exclusive access to our deals and promotions.

- Our newsletters contain valuable information about our products as well as promo codes tailored for a specific set of clientele. If you believe you are receiving too many emails simply call us on +971 52 555 4207 or send us an email at info@karnakfurniture.com to unsubscribe.
- Alternatively, our newsletters will contain an option at the bottom to unsubscribe. Once you unsubscribe you will not receive an email thereafter.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
You will receive an order confirmation email to your registered email address. Your order will be immediately placed in a queue for dispatch and a dedicated customer service representative will be assigned to your account to handle any queries you may have.
- Items available in stock are dispatched within 2-5 business days of order confirmation. All products are delivered and assembled by our own logistics team.
- For pre-orders, it depends on the item, and estimated shipping dates will be indicated on your product page at the time of the order. Pre-orders will not be processed till full payment is made.
- We will always endeavor to see that your order reaches on time. However, sometimes unforeseen circumstances may cause delays in delivery. Your dedicated customer service representative will ensure you receive the latest update for your shipment. We do understand the inconvenience a canceled order may cause you and do apologize if such a situation arises. Orders may get canceled for the following reasons.
- In rare cases, the order might still be in pending verification status with our payment gateway partner. If no resolution is reached within 4 working days then order gets automatically canceled and amount refunded to you
- On our quality inspection, we find the product is damaged and don’t have the same item in stock
- Or the items are out of stock
- 1 year, 2 year, 3 year and 5 years – we have you fully covered. Each of our products has warranty terms listed on the product information page.
- If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, contact us at sales@karnakfurniture.com along with your complaint. Our technical representative will inspect the item and if found to have a manufacturing defect will replace the defective part or the whole item free of charge.
- Please check care instructions page and warranty and returns page for each product for more information.
We offer free express shipping and installation for all orders above AED 5000/- anywhere in the UAE. For orders below AED 5000, please find our shipping policy below.

For all payment options, we will require a copy of your Emirates ID or copy of government issued ID such as passport.

- Cash before delivery – our representative will arrange to collect the payment at a mutually convenient time before delivery. Order will be processed for delivery once cash is received by our representative. Alternatively you may drop the payment at one of our stores in Dubai, UAE.
- Credit card before delivery – our representative or partner will arrange to meet you at mutually convenient time before delivery and you may pay by credit card / debit card using the mobile point of pay service. Order will be processed for delivery once card transaction is complete and payment is successful. Alternatively you may complete the payment at one of our stores in Dubai, UAE.
- Cheque before delivery – our representative or partner will arrange to collect a UAE bank issued cheque at a mutually convenient time before delivery. Alternatively you may drop the cheque at one of our stores in Dubai, UAE. However, order will only be processed for delivery only once the funds are credited to our bank account. Bank processing times may vary for cheque payments and we are not liable for delays that occur.

- The Security Code or the Card Verification Number (CVV) is an important new security feature established by credit card companies in order to reduce the risk of Internet fraud. This number doesn’t appear on sales receipts or billing statements and it is only found on the card itself. The cardholder is required to enter the code number at the time of the transaction to verify that the card is in their possession.
- CVV Numbers for different cards are placed in different locations on your card:
- If you have Visa/Mastercard/Diner’s/Discover card: Your CVV is a 3-digit code after the last four digits of your credit card number on the back of the card within the signature field.
- The 3D secure is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card issuing banks under the ‘Verified by VISA'(VBV) and ‘MasterCard Secure Code’ (MSC) services, respectively.
- The 3D secure password, which is created by you, is known only to you. This ensures that only you can use your card for online purchases. On 3D secure page, you may also choose to receive a One Time Password (OTP) on your registered mobile number and use it for that transaction.
- To register your card, visit your card issuing bank’s website.
- If you are located outside UAE and/or viewing resale/export pricing, the payment gateway is disabled due to legal reasons. In such a case can be made via bank transfer if you are residing abroad or via in store transaction if you are located in the UAE.
